Results of quantum chemical investigation of titanium dioxide nanoparticles of series 442 (contain 4x4x2 unit cells).
Includes nanoparticles with different surface groups researched with semiempirical methods PM6 and PM7. Nanoparticles were carefully designed and their structure was optimized.
Excited states were computed with CIS approximation.
