Complete set of results of modeling of a decahedral anatase TiO2 nanoparticle

with oxygen vacancies in different locations. 

 

The results include fourty initial chemical structures, fourty MOPAC input files, fourty MOPAC output files and 40 final chemical structures after full geometry optimization using semiempirical method PM6. 

Totally, the results comprise 652 files.
